In this article, we present a rare case of granuloma piogeno granuloma with extensive alveolar bone loss mimicking a malignant tumor in a year-old woman in the 19th week of pregnancy. The term “pyogenic granuloma” was proposed by Hartzellalthough it is a misnomer since the condition is not associated with pus and does not represent a true granuloma piogeno.
